The new GASMAX BX gas monitor from GDS Corp delivers quality, performance and advanced features for the most critical gas detection applications. Designed specifically for safety monitoring and leak detection in hazardous areas, the GASMAX BX includes standard dual 4-20mA analog outputs and optional 3X isolated 5A alarm relays and a serial MODBUS interface.
New Intelligent Sensors
Built-in dual channel electronics allow the GASMAX BX to support almost any combination of new GDS Corp Intelligent Sensors or industry-standard 4-20mA analog devices. Intelligent Sensors contain internal microprocessors that perform self-tests, monitor hours-in-service, store calibration values and provide many other advanced features. For example, the user can program a maximum time between sensor calibrations and the Intelligent Sensor will measure that interval and remind the user to perform this all-important task.
Advanced User Interface
The highly visible full color TFT backlit display makes the GASMAX BX gas monitor extremely easy to read and operate, and magnetic switches arranged around the screen allow users to perform calibrations or change settings without opening the enclosure. Bright flashing yellow or red alarm screens give users the ability to instantly recognize alarm conditions and take appropriate action.
